Group Classes

All classes are 55 minutes unless otherwise stated and can be scheduled through Mindbody.
Please note that we have a firm 24 hour cancellation policy.
Beginner Pilates
This class is for students who are new to Pilates or new to working on the Pilates equipment and is designed for individuals who do not require specialized modifications. If you have any restrictions or injuries, please inquire about scheduling a private session.
Intermediate Pilates
This is a moderately paced yet well-rounded class with foundational and intermediate exercise sequences on the Reformer, Wunda Chair, and Mat. Prior experience is required. We will focus on the continued development and refinement of your Pilates practice while educating and empowering you to make appropriate choices for your own body. If you have an injury or strain that may require more individualized attention, please schedule a private session.
Intermediate+ Pilates
This class moves at an accelerated pace with intermediate and advanced exercise sequences performed on the mat as well as a variety of Pilates equipment. Unique choreography and balance challenges are offered in each class. If you have an injury or strain that may require more individualized attention, please schedule a private session.
Advanced Pilates
This class is designed for students with a strong Pilates practice & extensive knowledge of the advanced Pilates repertoire.
Rebounder Series
BOUNCE - SCULPT
This class alternates between jumping on a mini trampoline to using light weights for upper and lower body conditioning. Show some love to your lymphatic and cardiovascular systems while working on coordination and balance. Fun and music are provided and mini breaks are encouraged as needed!
BRUSH - BOUNCE - BE
This unique class addresses the lymphatic, circulatory & nervous systems.

BYOB! (Bring Your Own Brush)
